Building Equity
Do you want to see rural and wild lands at their healthiest, sustainably managed for you, the larger community, and future generations?
Do you want to be a partner in this effort - an investor, owner, manager, worker or guest - building the ecological equity of a property while also growing its financial value along with its Land Partners works with land owners, managers, workers and the larger community to build land equity. We use a framework called E3, or Triple Equity:
Equity for owners
Equity for nature
Equity for users
Land is our common ground - literally. Some of us enjoy visiting places, some want to work on the land, some choose to be farmers, foresters, etc. Some of us just want an escape, a rural refuge amidst agricultural health and pristine wilderness. We are all land partners, working and hoping the environment around us can be restored and managed in a long-term sustainable, regenerative way.
The Land Partner Model is simple: depending on your capacity, interest, and abilities, there is a role for you. At the core is a network of land partners who own, conserve manage, use, and restore acreages.
One distinction is the application of a framework we call 'E3':
- Equity (for people and pocketbooks)
- Ecology (biodiversity, land and water health)
- Experience (formal and informal interactions for humans to interact with land while respecting equity and ecology)
